+ Is this course for me if I have postpartum issues such as diastasis recti or pelvic floor imbalance, prolapse, or incontinence?

We HIGHLY recommend that you see a pelvic health physiotherapist to be assessed for pelvic floor issues and diastasis recti before starting this program and is not meant to replace medical advice or pelvic health physiotherapy. This program was not created to treat pelvic floor symptoms such as prolapse however does provide opportunities to work within your comfort and ability level throughout. This program WAS created to address and support a range of postpartum issues including diastase recti, incontinence and pelvic floor imbalance with a focus on proper breathing mechanics, alignment, and form throughout the workouts.

+ Do I need any specific equipment for the workouts

We will provide you with a list of props you will use for each workout however they are things you can easily find around your home such as chairs, towels and light hand held weights or even cans of beans;)

+ Will I have access to the coaches throughout the program?

Yes! Absolutely. We will both be active within the Facebook Community and available by email to field questions and concerns you may have throughout the program.

+ When does the course start and finish?

The program starts on Friday June 15 and ends on Sunday August 12, 2018.

+ How long do I have access to the course?

Laura Wood

Laura Wood is the creator of & She Moves, a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and Pilates program offering women classes, personal sessions and workshops. Laura specializes in core and pelvic floor retraining and is a Bellies Inc Core Confidence Specialist. Laura has been teaching and working with mamas for over 12 years in the Toronto area and the mother of two wonderfully energetic boys.

Dara Bergeron

Dara Bergeron is the head trainer and founder of Belly Bootcamp. Dara has been offering personal sessions and classes to mamas in the Toronto area for over 8 years and draws on her experience as a Precision Nutrition coach with her 18 years of experience to bring her clients the best experience possible. Dara is the mother of 3 wildly adorable kids!
